"Where's Customer Service?"
I've been trying to pay my annual renewal but they changed their credit card processor and nothing I do is allowing my card to be validated.
Okay, so not their fault, but they won't take my credit card over the phone.
But it's not my fault they transferred to a new payment provider, is it?
I've offered to send payment by e-transfer, twice, and nothing from any Manager to make this happen, just the same cut and paste suggestions to check my address... which hasn't changed in over 2 years.
All I get is the same advice to check my card and address. It's 2021 folks - I want to send you money - why won't you take it?
