"Surprisingly easy to use"
I checked bikesharetoronto.com before heading out to look at nearby stations and pricing, it was straightforward. The map loaded fine on my phone, and I found what I needed without digging around forever, which is more than I can say for some city-related sites. It’s not packed with a bunch of clutter either, so it felt quick and painless. Smooth overall.

"Brakes Work Great"
The brakes felt really solid and responsive. No weird slipping or anything like that, just smooth, strong stopping like they should...

"Wanted to Love It, But the App Was Frustrating"
I’ve usually had a good impression of this brand, so I really wanted to give the bike a fair shot. But the app kept freezing on me, and unlocking the bike was way harder than it should’ve been. It’s frustrating because I still like the company overall, but this experience definitely made me hesitate

"Charged twice, not great"
I got charged twice for just one day pass, which was annoying. The ride itself was fine, nothing really to complain about there, but support took ages to sort it out. Makes me kind of nervous to use it again, the billing part especially.

"Brakes Felt Rough on My Ride"
The bike worked fine for me overall, but I definitely noticed the brakes felt kind of rough today. It made my ride feel a little less smooth than I would’ve liked.

"Bike Share Toronto Has Been Much More Reliable Lately"
I use Bike Share Toronto to get to work, and I’ve definitely noticed that the stations near me are being rebalanced a lot better recently. I’m running into fewer situations where there are no bikes available or the dock is completely full when I arrive. It genuinely makes my mornings smoother and a lot less frustrating. i’m happy with the improvement.

"I asked for a refund and ended up…"
I asked for a refund and ended up having to follow up with them twice before anything actually happened. I did get the money back in the end, but something about it just felt more frustrating than it needed to be. Not the worst experience, but definitely annoying

"Easy unlock, but felt a bit ignored"
I used Bike Share Toronto today and the actual bike unlock was really smooth. I scanned the code, waited a few seconds, and the bike popped right out with no random errors or hassle, which made the trip a lot less stressful. That said, I did kind of feel ignored when I had a question and couldn’t really get any help or acknowledgment, so that part was a little frustrating.

"Pretty dependable for getting around"
I’ve used these bikes a bunch lately, mostly for quick rides to grab coffee or get across town, and they’ve been mostly reliable. The bikes themselves have been fine, brakes worked and nothing felt sketchy, which I appreciate. The app did glitch on me twice last month though, once when I was standing by a bike in the wind holding a grocery bag, which was annoying. Still, overall it’s been a solid option

"Decent, but a little sketchy at night"
Overall it was okay, but a few of the stations felt kinda sketchy once it got dark. Also, one of the bike locks seemed a bit loose, which made me nervous about leaving the bike there for long. Not a huge deal, but defintely something I noticed

"My experience with the account management on…"
My experience with the account management on bikesharetoronto.com has been mixed. I can log in and see my plan, trips, and payment info, so the basics are there. But when it comes to changing details or figuring out where to cancel or adjust things, it’s not as clear as it should be. A few pages feel slow, and some parts are just a bit confusing. It works, but if your instinct tells you something isn’t obvious, you’re probably right. It could definitely be smoother.

"I do like using it when I…"
I do like using it when I can actually find an e-bike. The problem is a lot of the stations near me either don’t have any, or the ones they do have are dead. There are usually regular bikes around, but I signed up mostly for the e-bikes, so it’s kind of frustrating. Overall it’s okay, just not as reliable as I hoped.

"I only took it out for…"
I only took it out for a short ride, but it just wasn’t very comfortable. The seat felt kind of hard, the handlebars seemed a bit awkward, and every little bump in the road went right through me. By the time I was done, my back was already feeling sore.

"Ending Felt a Bit Slow"
I was mostly into it, but the ending I just watched felt slow, so that’s kind of what’s sticking with me right now. Maybe the rest was better than I’m remembering, but the last part definitely dragged a bit for me

"The docks near me are empty way too…"
The docks near me are empty way too often. It’s annoying because I end up having to walk around and check multiple spots just to find a bike, which feels like a lot more effort than it should be.

"I ran into an issue trying…"
I ran into an issue trying to unlock a bike and ended up messaging support. To be fair, they got back to me quicker than I expected and sorted it out without a ton of back and forth. Still, it was a little annoying because I lost some time dealing with it, so I wouldn’t say it was a perfect experience. But the support team was polite and genuinely helpful, so overall I’d say it turned out okay

"Pretty Handy, Except When It Isn’t"
I use Bike Share Toronto a few times a week most of the time it’s been good. In the mornings I can usually find a bike or a dock without much drama, which is great. But after work? Totally different story sometimes. A station will be completely full or somehow have no bikes at all, and it’s so frustrating. The app does help me find another station nearby, so it’s not the end of the world, I guess. Overall it’s convenient and saves me time compared to standing around waiting for transit, but yeah, it definitely has its moments

"Hard to Find Stations When I Need Them"
I really want to like using this, but it feels like the stations are almost never in the places I actually need them to be. Maybe I’m just missing something, but it would be reassuring to know there are more reliable options nearby before I depend on it.

"The ride itself was fine, nothing really…"
The ride itself was fine, nothing really to complain about there. But the prices looked straightforward at first, and then extra fees showed up after the ride, which was annoying. I also wasn’t really sure what I was supposed to do next or where to check the details, so that made it more frustrating. Not terrible service overall, I just wish they were clearer upfront about the total cost and explained the next steps better
